Listen-banner2 Well, I hoped you enjoyed the herb this month. It's one of my favourites actually. Although there is a lot of folklore surrounding it in May Autumn is my favourite time to harvest it. Largely because I like to put the berries into brandy. It's delicious and nutritious! Can't wait to hear what your experiences were of the berries in a tea. Was there any differences in the experiences you had to the monograph? There are no medicinal difference between the berry and the flower but they clearly have quite different energies and personalities to them. I think it would be interesting to try another tea tasting in which you compare it with the flowering tops too.
