I was lucky enough to visit Cristina Cromer a Brixton based herbalist in person to record this episode and we had great fun enjoying a cup of Passion flower tea while we chatted. Passion flower is most commonly used to help with sleep and you'll find it in a lot of over the counter sleep mixes. But it's got so much more going on that its sedating properties. We talk about where the name comes from, its association with Jesus and how it has a kinda trippy vibe.
