This week I'm talking about how cosmetics can contribute to hormone issues. If you can't watch the video I've written some key points below. 

Endocrine disrupting chemicals are commonly used in cosmetics in the form of parabens, phthalates, and sodium lauryl sulphate being just 3 major ones of hundreds. They act as estrogen in the body and can result in increased or lowered oestrogen levels. They have been linked to breast cancer, infertility, penile birth defects, and more.
