I’m sure it’s quite safe to assume that the majority of people reading this will have a resolution or two lurking around in the January brain fog. An idea, formed with good intentions and determination.
January, here we are again old friend. The shiny optimism never gets old for me. We always set ourselves up with so many things to do and achieve. But why don’t we manage to follow through with them?
The beginning of a new year can provide the perfect opportunity to implement diet and lifestyle changes. After a couple of days, or weeks, of slightly higher intakes of food and wine accompanied with lower levels of exercise, motivations can be high to get started on a new regime.
December is usually a month of indulgence. I often end up spending most of the month working and rushing around trying to find presents for my loved ones. As the days come to their shortest on the 21st I’m attending Christmas socials after a long days work.
