A friend of mine asked the other day if I had a blog about what to do premenstrually for self-care and, to my own surprise, I did not! Which is so flippin' ironic because it's what my course is all about. So here I am, rectifying the situation.
I'll be honest, Valentines day makes me cringe. The sentiment of expressing your love for someone on a singular day of the year is pretty depressing. But, there is a wonderful wave of love themed articles, art work and photographs in the blogosphere this time of year which are right up my street. I love how the internet gives us the ability to redefine an event like valentines day, one blog at a time! In the past I have focused on Roses for valentines day but I read in an old herbal the other day that Rose was not always the herb associated with this day. It was once Violet.
In 2017 I'll be launching a new course on the subject of PMS. It will look at how to deal with mild to moderate PMS symptoms using lifestyle changes, hormone charting, herbs, mindfulness and diet. As part of the course I'll be sending out a PMS-care-kit with a host of natural, hand made, products for creating a monthly relaxation routine. Here's why I've come to create it.
