As it's now getting a little more chilly I thought it's about time we talked about what you can do to help a sore throat. Usually a sore throat will pass in a few days, if you take the time to nurse it. Trouble is, we tend to end up working while we have it unless it's accompanied by a stonking cold that stops us in our tracks.
This is such a frantic time of year for me. There is so much to pick that I could easily go out once a week and spend a day out in the wild. But sadly I usually only make it out half as much as I’d like. This year I’ve planned more breaks than ever to help us slow down the Summer and enjoy everything it has to offer. We are keeping costs down by camping wherever we go in our amazing tipi.
If you’ve ever got a flight you’ll remember the safety announcements. The morbid reminder that something could go wrong. In the event of you needing oxygen you must remember to put your own mask on before helping your child. This is the perfect analogy for why we should always remember to look after ourselves.
