Every month I feel frustrated, angry and tearful. Sometimes I get anxious and paranoid, even depressed. You'd think after all these years of having periods Id be prepared by now. Nope! Last month, I picked a fight with my partner then cried like a baby because I'd hurt his feelings. Every little thing seems to set me off. Once I cried just because I saw a sweet elderly lady in the street! You'd think I'd know the signs by now. A week before I'm due on I turn into a human dustbin, hoovering up all the crap food in sight. But I still don't realise. I wish I was more in touch with my body. I just want to feel like myself again.

  • Week 1: What's normal? This week you'll learn how to differentiate between normal changes in hormones, PMS and hormonal health conditions. I'll show you how the hormones work to create physical signs and symptoms which can be tracked. This is the week to start taking the Goddess drops in your PMS self-care kit. You'll receive a webinar, and a pdf guide to the herbs used in your Goddess drops and why. 
  • Week 2: Learning to chart your hormones. At school we're taught all about the period but what about the other three quarters of the month? This week you'll learn how to chart your hormones so that you can start to predict and prepare for PMS, ovulation and your period. Never get caught off-guard again.
  • Week 3: Going with the flow. Learn how to use your chart to change how you live your life to be in flow with your hormones rather than struggling against their effects. In each part of the menstrual cycle we'll look at the natural strengths you didn't know you had. A truly life-changing way to get in touch with your body.
  • Week 4: The importance of self-care. This week you'll learn how self-care can help with the natural ebb and flow of your hormones. You'll be shown how to use your kit to create your own waning moon bath ritual. 


  • A free guide to treating Thrush naturally by Kathie Bishop. Kathie is a herbalist who specialises in thrush. She has been treating it for years and I interviewed her for my podcast in 2016. You can listen to it here.

Can I do the course if I take a hormonal contraceptive?

Yes you can do the course but you won't be able to use the practical advice on charting your hormones as your cycle is being changed by the pill you're taking. You will still be able to use many of the herbal remedies recommended and the PMS-care-kit. If you decide to stop using a hormonal contraceptive while doing the course it is highly recommended that you speak to your gynaecologist about alternative non-hormonal contraception methods to use in the mean time. It takes months to get to grips with the charting methods in the course.

What if I have a hormonal condition?

If you have a hormonal condition you can expect to see different results from charting than the "norm". This may limit the practicality of the course. However, I have encouraged patients with hormone conditions to chart their hormones and they have found it extremely beneficial in watching the slow and steady improvement of their conditions. It may also help you see definitively if the PMS-care-kit helps you support your hormones better. 

If you're having to take hormonal treatment for your condition I do not recommend ceasing that without consulting your health advisor. This course will not treat the condition but it will support you with some of the symptoms you may experience. 

What if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you're pregnant or breastfeeding the charts you'll learn to create won't be of much use till you starts to have periods again. If you want to take the course for future application that is totally up to you. I feel like everyone should have been taught this at school regardless of the choices they would make later in life. 

What if I'm too busy?

The course is self-paced so you can study it at your own pace. But I recommend doing a  module each week. You almost certainly will have to make time for it. The hormone charting method is best for those who have a routine as it involves regular collection of data. However, if you want to learn it theoretically now and apply it later that's totally up to you.

What if I don't have periods?

Then you won't find the course useful. If you don't have periods for medical reasons, you can contact me personally for some personalised advice on if the course has any value to you. But you really need to have a natural hormone cycle to use the hormone charting method in this course. 

I created this kit to help support the most common symptoms of the pre-menstrual phase and the period. Each one is hand made by myself which is why there is a deadline for the course. This will allow time for me to gather the ingredients and prepare them all in time for you to start the course at the same time. The content of the box can be combined in any way you wish but I've given you everything you need for a relaxing, nourishing, self-care ritual. This will help mark your pre-menstrual phase as a time for quiet reflection and rejuvenation.

This is a blend of herbs for you to use to steam your vagina. It is a traditional way to apply herbs to the vagina without interfering with its delicate balance. The heat of the steam will envelop you in a feeling of calm as you take in the properties of the herbs through the vaginal tissues. A unique experience which may become a regular feature of your monthly self-care routine.

Goddess Drops

These drops are a blend of herbal extracts. They are designed for you to take throughout the course to help you get in touch with your divine female nature. It will help you focus on your womb and hear the wisdom it holds. You will learn about the herbs I've chosen for these drops during the course.

Sacred Space Candle

The candle helps to bring a little Hygge (mindful ritual) to your self-care routine. You may want to light it each morning as you drink your tea, you may use it while enjoying your bath or yoni steam. It can be used as you want to help gather your attention onto your womb and help you hold sacred space for yourself each day.
